CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR CELEBRATION 2017
This year there are two categories of nominations:
1. Traditional Celebration nomination
2. Hurricane Heroes
Nominations for Hurricane Heroes should have the nominees write one or two paragraphs outlining their work during the hurricane.
Nominees may be RNs or student nurses. To nominate, please send detailed contact info along with story to tna9@tnadistrict9.com
